Market Integrity
Who resolves a market
Each market has one resolver, set at creation: the creator, or someone who agreed in advance. Only they can set the outcome. We do not check that it is correct.
The resolver is paid upfront, by a fee taken at each mint, before the market is resolved. Keep this conflict of interest in mind.
Known risks
If the resolver stays silent for 24 hours after the deadline, the market is voided. Each YES share and each NO share then redeems for 0.5.
Some markets can be settled before the deadline, at a moment the resolver picks.
Volume can be inflated by wash trading (trading with yourself).
We display these facts but do not rate resolvers.
Before you bet, read the resolution rules and check the resolver's past markets.
See our transparency pageModeration
An AI reviews a market's text and images before it appears in our public lists. A human moderator can hide or restore any market at any time.
A hidden market still exists on the blockchain, and its holders can always redeem, merge or withdraw. Moderation changes what our pages display, never the money.
